Eighthundred Studio ships all items out via FedEx insured, signature required. 

We only ship within North America at this time.

If you reside in the Montreal area, private jewelry appointments and local pickup for purchases can be arranged at our downtown showroom. Please contact hello@eighthundredstudio.com for more information. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased may be exchanged (or granted a credit note that does not expire) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items approved for return must be received as unused alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. Eighthundred Studio does not refund on "change of mind" purchases.

REPAIRS

Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all Eighthundred Studio jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from delivery. Eighthundred Studio will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
 
Should you require a repair, please contact us at hello@eighthundredstudio.com describing the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Eighthundred Studio will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair. 

LAYAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Layaway at Eighthundred Studio requires a minimum of 20% down, and at least 1 monthly payment every 30 days (or less).

Currently, layaway is only available on purchases above $1,800 unless otherwise agreed. All agreements require monthly payments.

•  Eighthundred Studio Return Policy applies to all Layaway transactions.
•  Layaways which are delinquent in payments by more than 30 days may be cancelled by Eighthundred Studio. Cancellations will incur a restocking and cancellation fee of $55 per item.
• Customers who cancel layaways after the first 14 days will receive store credit only, less a restocking and cancellation fee, for any deposit or installment payments made – unless otherwise agreed.
• NO partial pick-up or partial cancellations, unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
• Down payment requirement is 20%, unless otherwise specified.
• By providing customer info and telephone number or email address to Eighthundred Studio, you expressly agree that Eighthundred Studio may use those methods to contact you, including contacting you at any telephone number provided concerning your layaway purchase.
